King’s Park Infant School held their Heritage Week at the beginning of February and it was a chance for pupils to learn about different British Cultures.

Reception learnt about England and spent time making Queen Victoria’s favourite cake – a Victoria Sponge!

Year one had fun learning about Wales, making some Welsh rarebit muffins and the national flag.

Scotland was the focus of year two’s activities. They made the Scottish flag, some tartan and shortbread.

All pupils also got to enjoy a pancake afternoon, which went down a treat!
