Each year Jeans for Genes Day is held to raise funds to support the half a million children in the UK who have life-altering genetic disorders.

On 29th September 2017, Garvestone Primary School held their ‘Jeans for Genes Day’ where everyone can come to school wearing jeans in return for a donation to this charity.

We are delighted to say that the children and staff at our small community primary school raised £82.55 for this good cause.
